Shipping and Returns
All orders enjoy free shipping Australia wide.
Orders are dispatched within the next business day of the order being placed. Orders made via Afterpay may take longer. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched.
We expect your order to arrive 1-3 business days after it has been dispatched.
We currently do not ship internationally. Please contact us and we'll see how we can help.
It's important to us that you're completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you would like to return a product for a refund or exchange (less original shipping charge, if applicable), please let us know within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be in new and unused condition.
Please Contact Us with your order number and reason for return. We will respond as soon as possible with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or faulty item). We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We recommend using a shipping service you can track and purchasing shipping insurance.
We make every effort to ensure our products are of the highest quality and individually check all items that are sold. In the unlikely event that the item you receive is faulty, please send an email to email@example.com with the following information and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

Please note a product is not considered to be faulty if it has been misused or breaks as a result of wear and tear. Some items are especially delicate and require extra care.
