1. How do I figure out my ring size?

If you do not know your ring size, we recommend getting your finger sized by a local jeweller and asking for your US ring size. For alternate methods, please refer to this page.

2. How much is shipping?

3. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we do not ship internationally. However, we are looking into this so please email us if you're outside of Australia and interested in purchasing something and we'll see what we can do.

4. Can I return or exchange items?

Yes. It's important to us that you are satisfied with your items. For more information on return/exchange, please refer to this page.

5. How should I care for my jewellery?

Most of the jewellery we sell requires little care. However, like anything if it's worn often it may be subject to scratches and tarnishing. We think this just shows that it's being used and loved. While solid 10K gold should not rust or discolour, it may tarnish depending on your skin chemistry. We recommend using a polishing cloth every so often to give it a rub.

In order to keep the jewellery pristine, we recommend taking it off when swimming, showering, gardening and avoid contact with harsh cleaning products. 

6. Can I get a custom ring size made?

We would love to help you with this. Please contact us using this form, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note custom ring sizing will take at least two weeks to make.

7. Is there a store I can buy your jewellery from?

We are currently an online-only store.
